Tragedy to Triumphant Testimony

With a longstanding interest in hair care, Melani's life was exciting, until she became the woman who had to live a life of secrets...secrets she even kept from her family...until now!

Now, she is on a mission to show women around Southern California and beyond, that just because you’re down doesn’t mean you must stay down.
Her story is a testimony about how the devil tried to count her out, but God stepped in. She learned that there is always the opportunity to start over and move forward no matter what the circumstances.

Her first book, "Battered, Bruised, and Broken," recounts her story in a long-term, domestic violence relationship. Melani's story, sadly, is not uncommon but the ending is anything but that. With the use of her favorite scripture, Proverbs 3:5 “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine understanding" she was able to live to tell her story.
